I so appreciate this encouraging word. I was talking with the Lord just this morning, feeling over-whelmed with activity. I read Hebrews 10-12 and an Oswald Chambers devotional this morning that talked about the same thing that you included in your e-mail from yesterday. The Lord encouraged me to be strong and courageous and not to give-up because "we are not of those who shrink back!"
